Declaration of Election of Producer Representative, Region 2
Pursuant to section 13 of the Pork Industry Board Act 1997, I give notice that the result of the election of one producer representative for Region 2 was as follows:
Stephen Kidby 81 votes
David Lawton 69 votes
Therefore, Stephen Kidby has been duly elected producer representative for Region 2 on the New Zealand Pork Industry Board.

Amendments to the New Zealand Rules of Racing
Pursuant to sections 29 to 32 of the Racing Act 2003, notice is given that the following New Zealand Rules of Racing have been amended:

These amendments will come into effect from 1 July 2008.

Social Workers Registration Board (Fees and Disciplinary Levy) Notice 2008
Notice
- Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Social Workers Registration Board (Fees and Disciplinary Levy) Notice 2008.
(2) This notice comes into force on 1 July 2008 and replaces the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 31 May 2007, No. 58, page 1520 (gs3572).

Fees—The Social Workers Registration Board sets the following fees and disciplinary levies, payable to the board, specified in the attached Schedule.

Tax—The fees are inclusive of goods and services tax.

Second Schedule
The fee set for the recognition of new social work programmes in New Zealand universities in the 2008/2009 financial year is as follows:

| Fee for the desk audit and a single site visit in New Zealand |
Additional visits may be required if the programme is delivered at more than one site. Actual and reasonable costs will be charged for any additional site visits or concurrent programme approvals.
Exemptions
Applicants who apply for registration during the year to 30 June 2009, will be exempt in that year from fees for the issue of a practising certificate but will be required to meet the costs of the disciplinary levy at the time of registration.
Applicants who apply for re-processing of a registration application during the year to 30 June 2009, will be exempt in that year from fees for the issue of a practising certificate but will be required to meet the costs of the disciplinary levy at the time of registration.
