Pursuant to section 72I(3A) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, I, Owen Olls, Airworthiness Specialist, acting under a delegation from the Director of Civil Aviation, hereby issue the following airworthiness directives in respect of aircraft or aeronautical products:

Telecommunications Act 2001

Clarification of the Unbundled Copper Local Loop ('UCLL') Standard Terms Determination and the UCLL Co-Location Standard Terms Determination

On 7 November 2007, the Commerce Commission issued two standard terms determinations, under section 30M of the Telecommunications Act 2001 ("the Act"), in respect of Telecom's unbundled copper local loop network ("Decision 609") and Telecom's unbundled copper local loop network co-location ("Decision 610").

On 21 May 2008, the Commerce Commission clarified under section 58(1) of the Act, Decision 609 and Decision 610.

Pursuant to section 58(2) of the Act, the Commerce Commission gives public notice that it has clarified, under section 58(1) of the Act, Decision 609 and Decision 610.
