Request to aggregate current and successive management rights

Section 47A, Radiocommunications Act 1989

To the Registrar of Radio Frequencies

I, [full name], manager under record of management rights number [specify first reference number] (the "current management right") and record of management rights number [specify second reference number] (the "successive management right"), being management rights that have:-

(i) the same power floors; and

(ii) the same protection limits; and

(iii) the same adjacent frequencies emission limits; and

(iv) spectrum licences relating to the same range of frequencies, with the same conditions applying to those spectrum licences; and

(v) the commencement date of the record of management rights relating to the successive management right is no more than 1 day after the expiry date applying to the record of management rights relating to the current management right,

request that the management rights be aggregated.

This notice provides the form to be used when presenting to the Registrar of Radio Frequencies a request for the aggregation of current and successive management rights pursuant to section 47A of the Radiocommunications Act 1989. This notice comes into force on 1 June 2008.
