Amending a Notice—Land Declared Road—State Highway 1, Timaru–Pareora Highway, Normanby, Timaru District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 10th day of April 2008, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 24 April 2008, No. 76, page 2124, by deleting the vesting of the land in the Schedule to this notice which, pursuant to section 60(2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, becomes road and State highway in the Crown and vesting it instead in the Timaru District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
