Classification of a Reserve and Vesting in Te Rūnanga o Ngāi Tahu
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as an historic reserve and further vests the reserve in Te Rūnanga o Ngāi Tahu in trust for that purpose.

Revocation of Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator of the Canterbury Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation over the land described in the Schedule as municipal reserve with the effect that the land is now Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act 1948.

Approval of Minor Amendments to New Zealand Equivalents to International Financial Reporting Standards (2008–1) (Notice No. 86)
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 29 of the Financial Reporting Act 1993 (“the Act”), that the Accounting Standards Review Board has approved the Minor Amendments to New Zealand Equivalents to International Financial Reporting Standards (2008–1) (“NZ IFRSs (2008–1)”), which has been submitted to it by the Financial Reporting Standards Board of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants.
The minor amendments to NZ IFRSs (2008–1) are:
- to apply to all reporting entities and groups, the Crown and all departments, offices of Parliament and Crown entities, and all local authorities (each of which is defined in the Act) other than where expressly exempted by its terms, the terms of any other approved financial reporting standard or by law;
