Road Realignment—Manor Park Four Laning, Lower Hutt City

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 88(2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and vested in the Crown;

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117(7), declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register WN22D/509, subject to B645270.1 Gazette Notice declaring the adjoining State Highway 2 to be a limited access road, Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and the Reserves Act 1977 on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Declaring Land to be Taken for Road and a Local Purpose Reserve, and the Grant of an Easement Over Land in the City of Christchurch—Burwood Primary School, New Brighton Road, Christchurch

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114(1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road;

(b) Pursuant to section 50(1), further declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be a local purpose (war memorial) reserve, pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977;

(c) Pursuant to section 28, further declares that the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is subject to the creation of an easement over the area marked “A” on SO 40380 in favour of, and to be held appurtenant to, the land held in the balance of Rural Section 40299, being the balance of the land in Gazette Notice 911182 for the purposes of the right to convey electric power on terms and conditions as set out in Schedule 4 to the Land Transfer Regulation 2002 on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
