Marchetti Glacier
77°11′S Latitude, 161°33′E Longitude. A glacier flowing from the north slope of Mount Mahony in Saint Johns Range into Cotton Glacier, Victoria Land. Topographic map: Mount Mahony (1:50,000).

Mick Peak
77°11′30″S Latitude, 161°23′00″E Longitude. A peak rising to c1500m, 3km west-north-west of Mount James in Helicopter Mountains, Saint Johns Range, Victoria Land. Topographic map: Mount Mahony (1:50,000).

Noring Terrace
76°54′S Latitude, 160°40′E Longitude. A relatively level ice-covered terrace rising to 2000m with an area of about 3km square between Mount Gunn and Mount Basurto in south-west Convoy Range, Victoria Land. Ice from the terrace drains westward into Cambridge Glacier and also eastward in the short Scudding Glacier toward Battleship Promontory. Topographic map: Cambridge Glacier (1:50,000).

Prescott Spur
77°05′30″S Latitude, 162°16′30″E Longitude. A rock spur running north-west south-east and rising to 1250m between Robson Glacier and Pyne Glacier in Gonville and Caius Range, Victoria Land. Topographic map: Debenham Glacier (1:50,000).

Raney Peak
77°13′S Latitude, 160°32′E Longitude. A symmetrical peak rising to 2050m between Rim Glacier and Sprocket Glacier, Victoria Land. Topographic map: Skew Peak (1:50,000).

Mount Rowland
77°12′47″S Latitude, 161°42′00″E Longitude. A mountain with a sharp-pointed summit rising to 1550m in the central part of Rutherford Ridge, Saint Johns Range, Victoria Land. Topographic map: Mount Mahony (1:50,000).

Rutherford Ridge
77°13′30″S Latitude, 161°42′00″E Longitude. A transverse ridge, 9km long, extending south-west north-east across Saint Johns Range between Wheeler Valley and Lobeck Glacier, Victoria Land. The ridge rises to 1550m at Mount Rowland. Topographic map: Mount Mahony (1:50,000).

Sechrist Ridge
77°14′S Latitude, 162°25′E Longitude. A narrow rock spur, 3km long, descending north-east from the central ridge just east of Mount Evans and terminating 4km north-east of Mount Bevilacqua, Saint Johns Range, Victoria Land. Topographic map: Debenham Glacier (1:50,000).

Stroup Peak
77°06′15″S Latitude, 162°37′00″E Longitude. A peak rising to 1100m at the eastern extremity Gonville and Caius Range, Victoria Land. The peak stands 5km east of Mount Curtiss, where it overlooks the north part of Wilson Piedmont Glacier. Topographic map: Debenham Glacier (1:50,000).

Touchstone Crag
77°12′S Latitude, 161°18′E Longitude. A rugged mountain rising to 1550m, 2km west of Mick Peak in the west part of Helicopter Mountains, Victoria Land. The abrupt south-facing cliffs of the feature also mark the north-west extremity of Saint Johns Range. Topographic map: Mount Mahony (1:50,000).

Watson Valley
77°14′30″S Latitude, 161°34′00″E Longitude. A valley east of Mount Lewis in Saint Johns Range, Victoria Land. The valley opens southward to Victoria Upper Glacier, and is ice free except for a small glacier at the head wall. Topographic map: Mount Mahony (1:50,000).

Mount Welser
76°43′S Latitude, 162°09′E Longitude. A peak rising to 1150m in the central part of the ridge south of Albrecht Penck Glacier, Victoria Land. The peak is 5km east-north-east of Mount Davidson. Topographic map: Mount Endeavour (1:50,000).

Schwall Peak
76°52′S Latitude, 160°54′E Longitude. A rock summit rising to 1550m, west of Sharpend Glacier in Convoy Range, Victoria Land. The feature forms the extremity of a rock ledge at the south edge of Staten Island Heights, Victoria Land. Topographic map: Cambridge Glacier (1:50,000). Description and location revised, replacing previous New Zealand Gazette, 24 June 2004, No. 76, page 1854.

Land Declared Road—State Highway 1, St Andrews Road, Porirua City

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 60(2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, becomes road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
