Notice

This notice may be cited as Māori Land Development Notice, Wanganui 2008, No. 1.
The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is, in relation only to those pieces of land described in the Second Schedule hereto, hereby revoked.
The lands described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby released from the provisions of Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.
