Reserves Act 1977
Declaration That Land is Reserve—Hamilton City
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Hamilton City Council hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Hamilton City Council on the 27th day of February 2008:
“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Hamilton City Council hereby resolves that the parcels of land held by Council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same are hereby declared to be, recreation reserves within the meaning of the said Act.”

Vesting Reserve in Gisborne District Council
Under the Reserve Act 1977, the Conservator of the East Coast Hawke’s Bay Conservancy of the Department of Conservation vests the reserve described in the Schedule in the Gisborne District Council in trust for local purpose (esplanade) reserve purposes.

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as a recreation reserve and vests the reserve in the Waitaki District Council in trust for that purpose.
