of the Department of Conservation notifies that the following
resolution was passed by the Tasman District Council on
14 February 2008:

"In exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section
14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Tasman District Council
resolves that the pieces of land held by it in fee simple
and described in the Schedule, are hereby declared to be
a Recreation Reserve subject to the said Act."

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Acting Community
Relations Manager of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy
of the Department of Conservation notifies that the
following resolution was passed by the Nelson City Council
on 20 December 2007:

"In exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section
14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Nelson City Council
resolves that the pieces of land held by it in fee simple
and described in the Schedule, are hereby declared to be
a Recreation Reserve subject to the said Act."
