The Authorised Futures Dealers Notice (No. 4) 2004 Amendment Notice 2008

Pursuant to section 38 of the Securities Markets Act 1988, the Securities Commission gives the following notice.

Notice

Clause 1. Title, commencement and principal notice—
(1) This notice is the Authorised Futures Dealers Notice (No. 4) 2004 Amendment Notice 2008.

(2) This notice comes into force on the day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

(3) This notice amends the Authorised Futures Dealers Notice (No. 4) 2004*.

Clause 2. Clause amended—Clause 3(3)(c)(iii) of the Authorised Futures Dealers Notice (No. 4) 2004* is repealed and replaced with the following:

“(iii) a disclosure statement including the information required by the Securities Markets Act 1988.”

Pursuant to section 38 of the Securities Markets Act 1988, the Securities Commission gives the following notice.

(1) This notice is the Authorised Futures Dealers Notice (No. 3) 2005 Amendment Notice 2008.

(2) This notice comes into force on the day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette after the date of its publication.

(3) This notice amends the Authorised Futures Dealers Notice (No. 3) 2005*.

Clause 2. Clause amended—Clause 3(2)(b)(iii) of the Authorised Futures Dealers Notice (No. 3) 2005* is repealed and replaced with the following:

“(iii) a disclosure statement including the information required by the Securities Markets Act 1988.”

Declaring Land to be Acquired for Railway Purposes—Egmont Road, New Plymouth District

Pursuant to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Chief Executive of the New Zealand Railways Corporation hereby declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for and on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen for railway purposes on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
