Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 221(4)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, that Vbase Limited, Vbase No. 2 Limited and Christchurch City Facilities Limited propose to amalgamate on 30 April 2008.
Vbase Limited is to be the continuing amalgamated company.

Notice is hereby given that the applicants described below have applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of the existing right of way easement from those Computer Freehold Registers described below on the basis that the easement is redundant by reason on the circumstances set out hereunder and I intend to remove the easement at the end of one month from the date that this notice is published in the New Zealand Gazette.

Easement: Right of way easement over part of the following Computer Freehold Registers NA29C/168βNA29C/173 (inclusive), NA31C/1059, NA32D/960 and NA32D/961 appurtenant to identifier 165853 created by easement instrument 296492.2.
Circumstances: The subdivision that took place under DP 340325 has created the separation of the dominant lot from the servient lots in the above-mentioned case.
