Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned liquidator of Rifle Range Limited (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at 8 Vickers Road, New Plymouth, intend to deliver to the Registrar of Companies the final reports and statements referred to in section 257(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 with the intent that the company be removed from the New Zealand Register, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the liquidation of the company has been completed.

Unless written objection to such removal, under section 321 of the Act, is delivered to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland by 28 March 2008 (being a date not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice), the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
