Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993

We advise that Taranet Developments Limited, Earthcare Marketing Limited, Earthcare Group Limited, Larches Limited and Good Call Limited, with their registered offices at Level 2, 181 Devonport Road, Tauranga, have made application to the Registrar of Companies to have the companies removed from the New Zealand Register, pursuant to section 318(1)(d)(i) of the Act, as the companies have ceased to carry on business and have discharged in full their liabilities to all known creditors and have distributed their assets in accordance with the Act.

Any objection to these removals must be made in writing, under section 321 of the Act, and delivered to the Registrar not later than 27 March 2008 (being a date not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice).
