Adding Land to Abel Tasman National Park

Present:
HER EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE
GOVERNMENT PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to section 7 of the National Parks Act 1980,
Her Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting
on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council,
hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule
hereto shall, as from the 28th day after the publication of this
Order in Council in the New Zealand Gazette, be national
park, subject to the National Parks Act 1980, and shall be
added to and form part of Abel Tasman National Park.

an Addition to a Specially Protected Area

Present:
HER EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE
GOVERNMENT PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to section 12 of the National Parks Act 1980,
Her Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting
on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council,
hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule
hereto, shall be set apart as a specially protected area within
Kahurangi National Park and shall be included in the
Honeycomb Hill Caves Specially Protected Area.
This order shall come into force 28 days after the date of its
notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
