Land Act 1948

Land to be Set Apart for Recreation Reserve—Beach Road, Long Beach

Pursuant to section 167 of the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Simon Espie, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby set apart for a recreation reserve and shall vest in the Department of Conservation on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Māori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989

Māori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 21 of the Māori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Māori Development hereby gives notice as follows.

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as Māori Land Development Notice, Whangarei 2008, No. 1.
2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.
3. The lands described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby released from the provisions of Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.

Public Works Act 1981

Land Declared Road—State Highway 18, Albany Highway, North Shore City

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 88(2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
