Pursuant to section 26 of the Fire Service Act 1975, the New Zealand Fire Service Commission hereby gives the following notice.

Notice

This notice may be cited as the North Shore Fire District Abolition Notice, December 2008.
This notice shall come into force on 18 December 2008.
This notice abolishes the North Shore Fire District and revokes any previous fire district notices pertaining to the North Shore Fire District.

Under section 26 of the Fire Service Act 1975, the New Zealand Fire Service Commission hereby gives the following notice.

Notice

This notice is the Cambridge Fire District Notice, December 2008.
This notice comes into force on the day of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
This notice revokes and is in substitution for all previous fire district notices for Cambridge Fire District.

Constitution of a Fire District

(a) The urban areas of Cambridge are hereby constituted as a fire district.

(b) The boundary of the constituted fire district is defined and delineated on a plan held at the National Headquarters New Zealand Fire Service, Wellington.
