Notice of Granting an Open Aviation Market Licence and Variation of an Open Aviation Market Licence

Pursuant to sections 87U(4) and 87X(4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, sections 41(1) and 42 of the State Sector Act 1988, and to delegations from the Secretary for Transport dated 22 September 2004, I give notice that Martin Matthews, Secretary for Transport in the Ministry of Transport, has:

(a) having received an application from Tasman Cargo Airlines Pty Ltd, of Sydney, Australia, granted that airline an open aviation market licence to carry on scheduled services and non-scheduled flights for an indefinite term with effect from 20 November 2008; and

(b) varied the open aviation market licence granted to Asian Express Airlines Pty Limited to provide for that licence to expire on 20 November 2008.
