Amending a Notice Realigning a Road—Ngahape Road, Otorohanga District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 29th day of August 2008, realigning a road, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 4 September 2008, No. 136, page 3630, by deleting paragraphs (e), (i) and (j) in the recital and the corresponding Fifth, Ninth and Tenth Schedules and replacing paragraphs (i) and (j) and the Ninth and Tenth Schedules as set out below:
