Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338(1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of a marae and papakāinga for the common use and benefit of the descendants of Monika and George Te Awa to be known as Ngā Uri o Ngā Mokopuna Monika and George Te Awa.

Taranaki Land District

Schedule

All that piece of land situated in Section 5 Block IV Town of Ohura and described as follows:

1088 m²	Section 5 Block IV Town of Ohura (contained in (more or less) Identifier TN150/236 Taranaki Registry).

Setting Land Apart as Māori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338(1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the general land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of a burial ground and wāhi tapu to be held for the common use and benefit of the descendants of the owners of the former Wharekahika 6A and 6B Blocks named in the Partition Orders constituting those former Blocks made as at 59 Waiapu Minute Book 373 on 7 May 1914 and 60 Waiapu Minute Book 48 on 13 May 1914 respectively.

All that part of Lot 70 DP 5179 in Computer Freehold Register GS1C/396 comprising 690 square metres being the part marked “Wharekahika B37 Block” in Digital Title Plan ML 408809.
