Revocation of a Notice Concerning Cancellation of Vestings in the Tararua District Council
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Support Manager for the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the notice headed Cancellation of Vestings in the Tararua District Council dated the 28th day of November 2007, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 13 December 2007, No. 138, page 3629, and issues the following notice as a fresh notice in its place.
Cancellation of Vestings in the Tararua District Council
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Support Manager for the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation cancels the vesting in the Tararua District Council of the reserves described in the Schedule for the purpose specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the reserves.
