Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes
Under the Conservation Act 1987, the Community Relations Manager of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation declares that the land described in the Schedule is held for conservation purposes.

Road Realignment—Tauranga Eastern Motorway, Bell Road, Papamoa, Tauranga City
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and shall vest in the Crown;
(b) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Second Schedule of this notice is acquired for use in connection with a road (segregation strip) and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
