○ A four-fifth share of Water Race Licence WR1753Cr: Granted as an endorsement to WR7787/96Cr, a right (as limited through the notice of existing use given pursuant to section 21(2) of the Water and Soil Conservation Act 1967) to take 5 heads from Lindis River into water race WR7787/96Cr as a second priority right from the Lindis catchment.

○ Branch Race Licence BR1384Cr: The right to carry water taken under WR7787/96Cr and WR1753Cr through the race described in licence BR1384Cr.

○ The water race from Lindis River, together with the intake, control gates, by-washes, culverts, control boxes, distributary assets and associated structures, fittings and fixtures, and all other implied or perceived Physical Assets of the Scheme.

○ The balance of the Scheme operating account as at 30 June 2008.
