Classification of Reserves—Te Awamutu, Waipa District

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Waipa District Council hereby gives notice that the reserves described in the First Schedule hereto have been classified recreation reserve subject to the provisions of the said Act and the reserve described in the Second Schedule hereto has been classified local purpose (esplanade) reserve.

Declaration That Land is a Recreation Reserve, Local Purpose (Lookout) Reserve and Local Purpose (Walkway) Reserve

Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Rodney District Council hereby notifies that a resolution was adopted by the Rodney District Council at its meeting on 28 August 2008 declaring the parcel of land described in the First Schedule hereto as a recreation reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and fencing and land covenant in transfer 6719441.1; the parcels of land described in the Second Schedule hereto as a local purpose (lookout) reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977, section 8 of the Coal Mines Amendment Act 1950 (affects part formerly certificate of title NA1835/22), and fencing and land covenant in transfer 6295637.1; and the parcel of land described in the Third Schedule hereto as a local purpose (walkway) reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977.

Changing the Purpose of Local Purpose (Drainage) Reserve in the South Auckland Land District to Local Purpose (Segregation) Reserve

Pursuant to section 24A(3)(b) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Tauranga City Council resolved that Lot 15 on LT 403543 comprising approximately 0.0004 hectares (being part Lot 62 DP 337390), held by the council as local purpose (drainage) reserve be re-classified as local purpose (segregation) reserve being the land described in the Schedule hereto, the re-classification to take effect on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
