Revocation of Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for the Board of Trustees of Makoura College (243)

The notice of direction to appoint a limited statutory manager for the board of trustees of Makoura College (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 1 December 2005, No. 202, page 5112, and amended in the New Zealand Gazette, 17 April 2008, No. 73, page 2048) is hereby formally revoked.

The appointment of the limited statutory manager was no longer operative from 29 August 2008, when the Secretary for Education exercised her authority, under section 78N(3) of the Education Act 1989, and dissolved the board of trustees of Makoura College.
