Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338(1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act
1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court,
the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose
of a burial ground for the benefit of Ngati Tautahi and to be
known as Awaru Māori Reserve.

Survey District and described as follows:

Recommendation Cancelling a Māori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338(5)(b) of Te Ture Whenua Maori
Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court,
the Māori reservation in respect of the land described in the
Schedule hereto and published in the New Zealand Gazette,
8 May 1997, No. 45, page 1068, is hereby cancelled.
