Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Properties

Pursuant to Sections 137, 139 and 156 of the Property
Law Act 2007

Notice is hereby given that ASL Mortgages Limited
(“the mortgagee”), in accordance with section 137(1)(c) of
the Property Law Act 2007, took possession of the
following properties from Casabella Holdings Limited
(“the mortgagor”) on 25 August 2008:

(contained and described in Computer Unit Title
Register 169832);

(b) As mortgagee under mortgage 7148399.1, the
property located at Unit 6 and 1/29 share of
Accessory Unit 48 DP 341310, Shop 6, Casabella
Lane, Barton Street, Hamilton (contained and
described in Computer Unit Title Register 169833);

(c) As mortgagee under mortgage 7274271.1, the
property located at Unit 11, Accessory Unit 34,
and 1/29 share of Accessory Unit 48 DP 341310,
Shop 11, Casabella Lane, Barton Street, Hamilton
(contained and described in Computer Unit Title
Register 169838); and

(d) As mortgagee under mortgage 7274259.1, the
property located at Unit 14, 1/2 share Accessory
Unit 32, and 1/29 share of Accessory Unit 48
DP 341310, Shop 14, Casabella Lane, Barton
Street, Hamilton (contained and described in
Computer Unit Title Register 169841).

Notice of Claim

This notice is pursuant to section 101(2) of the Public Trust
Act 2001.

To all creditors and claimants of B.G. King & Associates
Limited (a company that ceased trading on 9 July 2007
and was deregistered on 20 February 2008).

The sum of $14,473.00 has been paid to Public Trust to hold
in the name of the deregistered company.

A claim has been lodged by the trustees of the estate of the
late Barry George King who was the former director and
shareholder of B.G. King & Associates Limited.

Public Trust proposes paying the amount of the claim, less
associated costs, to the trustees of the estate of the late Barry
George King subject to no notice of a claim being received
on or prior to 28 September 2008.

Any persons having any interest in priority to the claimant
must submit a claim to Public Trust, PO Box 13245
Tauranga (Attention: Ken Southam) on or prior to the
above-mentioned date.

Note: This is the first and only notice of this claim.

Notification of Issue of Notices for Export of Live
Animals and Germplasm Relating to (a)
Requirements for Issue and Control of Official
Assurances and (b) Specifications for Recognised
Agencies and Persons

Pursuant to section 164(3)(a) of the Animal Products Act
1999, I give notice of the issue on 1 September 2008, of the
following notices in relation to the export of live animals
and germplasm:

(a) The Animal Products (Requirements for Issue and
Control of Official Assurances) Notice 2008, issued
pursuant to section 167(1)(k) of the Animal Products
Act 1999.

(b) The Animal Products (Recognised Agencies and
Persons Specifications) Notice 2008, issued pursuant
to sections 167(1)(m), (o), (p) and (q) of the Animal
Products Act 1999.

The above notices come into force on 1 February 2009 and
