Gambling Act 2003

Amendment to the Gambling Act (Casino Gambling Equipment) Minimum Standard 2004

The Gambling Act (Casino Gambling Equipment) Minimum Standard 2004 has been amended pursuant to section 327 of the Gambling Act 2003.

The amendment has been made to the Harm Minimisation (Supplementary Section) of the New Zealand Casino Gaming Machine Appendix to the Australian/New Zealand Gaming Machine National Standard Version 9.0, Appendix Version 1.0.

These amendments will take effect on 29 August 2008.

Copies of the amendment to the Gambling Act (Casino Gambling Equipment) Minimum Standard 2004 may be obtained from the Department of Internal Affairs website www.dia.govt.nz
