Pursuant to section 30K of the Telecommunications Act 2001, the Commerce Commission (“the Commission”) gives public notice that it has released its draft standard terms determination for co-location on cellular mobile transmission sites.
A copy of the draft standard terms determination can be found on the Commission’s website at
The closing date for submissions to the Commission on the draft determination is 22 August 2008.

Notice of Approval of Code of Practice
Pursuant to section 79(5) of the Hazardous Substances and New Organisms Act 1996, the Environmental Risk Management Authority advises that it approved on 29 July 2008, the Code of Practice for Outdoor Pyrotechnic Displays.
This code is intended to provide a means of compliance with the regulatory requirements of the Hazardous Substances (Classes 1 to 5 Controls) Regulations 2001 that relate to the operation and management of outdoor pyrotechnic displays.
This code can be inspected at the Wellington office of ERMA New Zealand, Level 1, BP House, 20 Customhouse Quay, Wellington, or can be downloaded from the ERMA New Zealand website

Approval of Computer Software
Pursuant to subclause 10.6(8) of Land Transport Rule: Heavy-vehicle Brakes 2006 (“the Rule”), and pursuant to the powers delegated to me by the Director of Land Transport, I, Bruce Hamilton Currie, Senior Vehicle Engineer, hereby approve the computer software specified in Schedule 1 of this notice for the purpose of demonstrating compliance with the requirements in Schedule 5 of the Rule subject to the condition in Schedule 2.

Schedule 2: The conditions of the approval
