Revocation of Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for the Board of Trustees of Te Kura o Matahi (1809)

The notice of direction to appoint a limited statutory manager for the board of trustees of Te Kura o Matahi (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 18 September 2003, No. 132, page 3575; and amended in the New Zealand Gazette, 21 October 2004, No. 134, page 3304; and New Zealand Gazette, 10 November 2005, No. 188, page 4738) is hereby revoked under section 78M(7) of the Education Act 1989.

This notice takes effect the day after the date of its publication.
