Pursuant to Regulation 8 of the Electricity (Levy of Industry Participants) Regulations 2005 (“Regulations”), the Electricity Commission (“Commission”) gives the following notice.

  1. Title—This notice is the Notice of Annual Levy Rates for the Financial Year Ending 30 June 2009.
  2. Annual Levy Rates—The Commission has calculated the annual levy rates for the financial year ending 30 June 2009, in accordance with Regulation 7 of the Regulations, as follows:
