Pursuant to section 254 of the Resource Management Act 1991, His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has been pleased to reappoint

Dr Bruce Raymond Gollop, of Whangarei

to be a Deputy Environment Commissioner for a period of three years on and from 9 June 2008.
