Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993

Recommendation Redefining the Persons of a Māori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338(5)(d) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the land described in the Schedule hereto that was set apart as a Māori reservation by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 2 May 1963, No. 26, page 580, is hereby redefined for the purpose of a meeting place and recreation and sports ground for the common use and benefit of the descendants of the owners and Ngāti Unu and Ngāti Kahu, hapū of Ngāti Maniapoto.
