Electricity (Levy of Industry Participants) Regulations 2005
Notice of Adjusted Annual Levy Rates for the Financial Year Ending 30 June 2008
The Electricity Commission (“Commission”) has adjusted the annual levy rates for the financial year ended 30 June 2008, in accordance with Regulation 10(1)(d) of the Electricity (Levy of Industry Participants) Regulations 2005 (“Regulations”), due to a reallocation of Commission costs between activities.
This notice of adjusted annual levy rates is issued in accordance with Regulation 8 of the Regulations.
The Commission has recalculated the annual levy rates in accordance with Regulation 7.
The adjusted rates, which apply from the monthly instalment payable in January 2008 in respect of December 2007, are as follows:

Acquisition of Land for Reserve—Hot Water Beach Road, Hot Water Beach, Thames–Coromandel District
Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and vested in the Thames-Coromandel District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
