Pursuant to section 30D of the Telecommunications Act 2001 (“the Act”), the Commerce Commission (“Commission”)
gives public notice that it has decided, under section 30C of
the Act, to initiate a standard terms development process for
the designated access service described as “Telecom’s
unbundled copper local loop network in respect of
distribution cabinets”.

Under section 30C(2) of the Act, the Commission is satisfied
that the applicable condition in relation to the service has
been met as a standard terms development process was
initiated under subpart 2A of Part 2 in respect of Telecom’s
unbundled copper local loop network (distribution cabinet)
on 19 December 2007.

Notification of Initiation of the Standard Terms Development Process for Co-location on Cellular Mobile Transmission Sites Under the Telecommunications Act 2001

Pursuant to section 30D of the Telecommunications Act 2001
(“the Act”), the Commerce Commission (“Commission”)
gives public notice that it has initiated, under section 30C of
the Act, a standard terms development process in respect
of the specified service described as “co-location on cellular
mobile transmission sites”.

Under section 30C(2) of the Act, the Commission must be
satisfied that the applicable conditions (if any) in relation to
the service have been met.

There are no applicable conditions for “co-location on
cellular mobile transmission sites”.
