Change of Classification of a Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation changes the classification of the reserve described in the Schedule from a recreation reserve to a scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(a), subject to the provisions of the Act.

Revocation of Appointment to Control and Manage a Reserve, and of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager of the Canterbury Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the appointment of the Scout Association of New Zealand to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule and further revokes the reservation as local purpose (Scout hall) reserve over the land with the effect that the land is now Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act 1948.
