Classification and Naming of Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Acting Community
Relations Manager for the Auckland Conservancy of the
Department of Conservation classifies the reserve described
in the Schedule to this notice as scenic reserve for the
purposes specified in section 19(1)(a) of the Act and
declares that the scenic reserve is to form part of the
Remigers Bush Scenic Reserve.
