Notice

  1. This notice is the Auckland Fire Districts Notice, June 2007.

  2. This notice comes into force on the day of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

  3. This notice revokes and is in substitution for all previous fire district notices for the districts listed in the Schedule.

Constitution of Fire Districts

(a) The urban areas listed in the Schedule are constituted as fire districts.

(b) The boundaries of the fire districts as listed are defined and delineated on plans held at the National Headquarters, New Zealand Fire Service, Wellington.

Transalpine Fire Districts Notice, June 2007

Under section 26 of the Fire Service Act 1975, the New Zealand Fire Service Commission gives the following notice.

  1. This notice is the Transalpine Fire Districts Notice, June 2007.

  2. This notice comes into force on the day of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

  3. This notice revokes and is in substitution for all previous fire district notices for the districts listed in the Schedule.

Transit New Zealand Act 1989

Amendment to Transit New Zealand Bylaw 2005/7*

Maximum Speeds of Vehicles on State Highways

Pursuant to section 61(3) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989 and clause 2.6 of the Land Transport Rule: Setting of Speed Limits 2003 (Rule 54001), Transit New Zealand hereby amends the following bylaw.

Amendment

  1. This amendment shall come into force 28 days after its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

  2. The Transit New Zealand (Maximum Speeds of Vehicles on State Highways) Bylaw 2005/7* is hereby amended by:

(a) Changing line 494 in Schedule 3 to read:

"Transit NZ Region: 10

SH No.: 60

Locality: Richmond

From (RP): 0/0.0 To (RP):** 0/0.38

Distance from nearest Road/Feature:
Gladstone Road to 380m north-west of Gladstone Road.

Speed Restriction (km/h): 50"

Amendment to Transit New Zealand Bylaw 2005/7*

Maximum Speeds of Vehicles on State Highways

Pursuant to section 61(3) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989 and clause 2.6 of the Land Transport Rule: Setting of Speed Limits 2003 (Rule 54001), Transit New Zealand hereby amends the following bylaw.

Amendment

  1. This amendment shall come into force 28 days after its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

  2. The Transit New Zealand (Maximum Speeds of Vehicles on State Highways) Bylaw 2005/7* is hereby amended by:

(a) Adding a new line 494a in Schedule 3 to read:

"Transit NZ Region: 10

SH No.: 60

Locality: Richmond

From (RP): 0/0.38 To (RP):** 0/1.58

Distance from nearest Road/Feature:
From 380m north-west of Gladstone Road to 200m north-west of McShane/Pugh Road.

Speed Restriction (km/h): 80"
