Notice of Claim

This notice is pursuant to section 101(2) of the Public Trust Act 2001.

To all creditors and claimants of Manawatu Livestock Limited (a company that ceased trading on 31 March 2002 and was deregistered on 16 June 2004).

The sum of $4,627.00 has been paid to Public Trust to hold in the name of the deregistered company.

A claim has been lodged by the three former shareholders of Manawatu Livestock Limited.

Public Trust proposes paying the amount of the claim, less associated costs, to the shareholders subject to no notice of a claim being received on or prior to 10 August 2007.

Any persons having any interest in priority to the claimant must submit a claim to Public Trust, PO Box 13245, Tauranga (Attention: Ken Southam) on or prior to the above-mentioned date.

Note: This is the first and only notice of this claim.

Public Trust proposes paying the amount of the claim, less associated costs, to the Brian David Mason subject to no notice of a claim being received on or prior to 10 August 2007.

Civil Defence Emergency Management Act 2002

Declaration of State of Local Emergency

Pursuant to section 68 of the Civil Defence Emergency Management Act 2002, I, Lynn Ross Bublitz, declare that a state of local emergency exists in the Taranaki Civil Defence Emergency Management Group area.

The state of local emergency comes into force at 8.00pm on 5 July 2007.

This state of local emergency shall terminate at 7.30pm on 12 July 2007.

In the absence of the group controller for whatever reason, the following alternate group controllers are identified in order of precedence:

Declaration Terminating State of Local Emergency

Pursuant to section 72 of the Civil Defence Emergency Management Act 2002, I, Lynn Ross Bublitz, terminate the state of local emergency declared in respect of the Taranaki Civil Defence Emergency Management Group area.

The termination of the state of local emergency takes effect from 7 July 2007.

Electricity Act 1992

Notice of Making of Electricity Governance Amendment Rules (No. 54) 2007 and Notice of Reasons for Decision

1. Pursuant to section 172I of the Electricity Act 1992 ("Act"), I notify the amendment of the Electricity Governance Rules 2003 ("Rules") under section 172H of the Act.

2. The empowering provision for the electricity governance regulations in relation to which the amendments to the Rules are made is section 172D of the Act.

3. A brief description of the nature of the amendments is the addition of a new Schedule F5 to Section IV of Part F of the Rules to add a transmission pricing methodology for the purposes of Section IV of Part F of the Rules.

4. Pursuant to section 172Z(4) of the Act, the reasons for my decision to amend the Rules are that:
