Public Works Act 1981

Road Realignment—Hatuma Road, Central Hawke’s Bay District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Charles William Le Breton, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Central Hawke’s Bay District Council;

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3):

(i) the land firstly described, which shall be now known as Section 1 SO 9901, shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register HBY3/226, subject to mortgage 701011.4;

(ii) the land secondly described shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 229796, subject to mortgage 701011.4;

(iii) the land thirdly described shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 229797;

(iv) the land fourthly described, which shall be now known as Section 3 SO 9901, and the land seventhly described, which shall be now known as Section 6 SO 9901, shall both be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register HBB3/1257, subject to mortgage 708710.4;

(v) the land fifthly described, which shall be now known as Section 4 SO 9901, shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register HB106/200 subject to mortgages 197256 and 683188.2; and

(vi) the land sixthly described, which shall be now known as Section 5 SO 9901, shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register HBY3/225, subject to mortgage 5094355.3;

(c) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be taken as severance, pursuant to section 119; and:

(i) the land firstly described shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 229796, subject to mortgage 701011.4;

(ii) the land secondly described shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 229797; and

(iii) the land thirdly described, which shall be now known as Section 8 SO 9901, shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register HBB3/1257, subject to mortgage 708710.4

on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Taking, Stopping and Amalgamation—North Beach Road, Greymouth, Grey District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Charles William Le Breton, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Grey District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register WS1A/177.
