The application is to be heard before the High Court at

appearance not later than the second working day before

Dispensary unless, within 3 months from the date of the
New Zealand Gazette in which this advertisement appears,
a member or other person interested in or having any claim
on the funds of North Otago United Friendly Societies
Dispensary commences proceedings to set aside the
dissolution and the dissolution is set aside accordingly.
