Civil Aviation Rule Part 71—Designation and Classification of Airspace

Pursuant to Civil Aviation Rule Part 71.9 (d), the following amendment was designated with effect from 7 June 2007:

  • New visual reporting points Cardrona Ski Field and Mount Nicholas have been established.

Pursuant to Civil Aviation Rule Part 71.9 (d), the following amendment was designated with effect from 30 August 2007:

  • New danger area NZD 726 (Eyre Forest, Southland) has been established.

Prescribed pursuant to Civil Aviation Rule Part 71 of the Civil Aviation Rules, under a delegated authority issued by the Director of Civil Aviation.

Electricity Governance Regulations 2003

Notice of the Amendment of Exemption No. 32 (Genesis Power Limited)

Pursuant to Regulation 196 of the Electricity Governance Regulations 2003 (“Regulations”), the Electricity Commission gives the following notice.

Notice

  1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice is the Electricity Governance Regulations (Exemption No. 32 (Genesis Power Limited)) Exemption Amendment Notice 2007.

    (2) In this notice, the Electricity Governance Regulations (Exemption No. 32 (Genesis Power Limited)) Exemption Notice 2006* is called the “principal notice”.

    (3) This notice comes into force on the day after the date on which it is notified in the New Zealand Gazette.

  2. Amendment to principal notice—(1) The principal notice provides an exemption from the requirement to comply with Rule 11.5.2 of Section IV of Part C of the Electricity Governance Rules 2003.

    (2) The principal notice is amended by omitting in clause 3(b)(i) of the original exemption “six months following the commencement date; or” and substituting it with “1 August 2007; or”.

  3. Reason for amendment—The reason for this amendment is as follows:

To extend the expiry date of the exemption to the date when commissioning of HLY5 is expected to be completed.
