Notice of Application to Register a Trade Name Product (Notice No. 1597)
Pursuant to section 14(1) of the Agricultural Compounds and Veterinary Medicines Act 1997, the Director-General of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry hereby gives notice that the following application has been made to register a trade name product under section 9(1) of the Agricultural Compounds and Veterinary Medicines Act 1997:
Trade Name: Jurox Domperidone Paste for Horses
Reference: A009916
Active Ingredient and Concentration: Domperidone 120g/kg
General Use Claim: To promote follicle development and ovulation in mares in seasonal anoestrus or vernal transition.
Any person may make a written submission to the director-general, under section 17 of the Agricultural Compounds and Veterinary Medicines Act 1997, concerning any application notified above.
Such submissions:
(a) must state in full the reasons for making the submission;
(b) may state any decision sought on that application;
(c) must be received by the director-general no later than 30 working days after the date of notification in the New Zealand Gazette; and
(d) should be forwarded to the address given below.
A copy of every submission will be forwarded to the applicant for their information.

Notice Stating Where Material Proposed to be Incorporated by Reference into Compliance Document H1 Energy Efficiency is Available for Inspection and Purchase
Pursuant to section 409(2)(d) of the Building Act 2004 (“the Act”), I give notice that the following material is proposed to be incorporated by reference into the Compliance Document for New Zealand Building Code clause H1 Energy Efficiency (“Compliance Document H1”):
- NZS 4246:2006
- NZS 4243.1:2007
- NS 4243.2:2007
Material proposed to be incorporated by reference will be incorporated into Compliance Document H1 as set out in the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 137, 16 November 2006, page 3997.

Material proposed to be incorporated by reference is available for inspection free of charge at the Department of Building and Housing (“DBH”) national office, Level 6, 86 Customhouse Quay, Wellington, between the hours of 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, until 7 June 2007.
