Telecommunications Act 2001

Notification of Call for Standard Term Proposal From Telecom for the Unbundled Copper Local Loop Network Co-location Service Under the Telecommunications Act 2001

Pursuant to section 30F of the Telecommunications Act 2001 (“the Act”), the Commerce Commission (“Commission”) gives public notice that it has given written notice to Telecom Corporation of New Zealand Limited requiring it to submit a standard terms proposal in respect of the unbundled copper local loop network co-location service.

According to the notice, Telecom must submit to the Commission a standard terms proposal in respect of the unbundled copper local loop network co-location service by 12 June 2007.
