The directors of Kensal Enterprises Limited, being a solvent company and able to pay its debts as they fall due, wish to voluntarily liquidate the company.

Glenn Eric Hunter was appointed liquidator by a special resolution of shareholders passed at a meeting of the shareholders held on 12 April 2007.

The appointment commenced on 12 April 2007 at 3.30pm.
