Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

On 30 March 2007, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that TRAL Investments Limited be liquidated and that Jugdis Hira Parbhu, chartered accountant of Ross Melville PKF, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 30 March 2007.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to section 245 of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator will dispense with the meeting of creditors in order to keep costs to a minimum and maximise returns to creditors.

The reason why the liquidator so decided is the value of the company assets which are available for distribution to unsecured creditors is not likely to exceed 20 cents in the dollar owed to each and every unsecured creditor.

The liquidator has fixed 10 May 2007, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
