Notice of Intention to Consider Renewing the Scheduled International Air Service Licence of a New Zealand Airline

Pursuant to section 87I(4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, sections 41(1) and 42 of the State Sector Act 1988, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 22 September 2004, I give notice that the Minister of Transport intends to consider renewing for a period of five years the Scheduled International Air Service Licence issued to Air New Zealand Limited.
