Kevin John Gilligan, of Auckland, was appointed as liquidator of CSE Trustees Limited (in liquidation) by special resolution of its shareholders, under section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), on 22 March 2007 at 3.00pm.
