I, John Francis Managh, insolvency specialist of Napier, hereby give notice that by order of the High Court, Nelson, on 29 March 2007, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, I was appointed liquidator of On Shelf Redden Limited.

Pursuant to section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, creditors are invited to file proofs of debt in the liquidation. Proofs are to be received by the liquidator no later than 28 April 2007, as failure to prove by that date may lead to late claims being excluded from any distribution.
