Notice of Suspension of Approval of an Out of School Care and Recreation (OSCAR) Service

The Deputy Chief Executive of Child, Youth and Family, a
service line of the Ministry of Social Development, gives
notice that the approval of

Enderley Park Community Inc.

as a provider of an out of school care and recreation
(OSCAR) service, pursuant to section 25 of the Social
Security (Childcare Assistance) Regulations 2004, was
suspended on 1 March 2007.

Revocation of Notice of Direction for Appointment of a Limited Statutory Manager for the Board of Trustees of Tauhoa School (1107)

The notice of appointment of a limited statutory manager for
the board of trustees of Tauhoa School (as published in the
New Zealand Gazette, 5 August 2004, No. 95, page 2368) is
hereby revoked under section 78M(7) of the Education Act
1989.

This notice takes effect the day after the date of its
publication.

Resource Management Act 1991

Waikato Regional Airshed Notice 2007

Pursuant to sections 43 and 360(2) of the Resource
Management Act 1991, the Minister for the Environment
makes the following notice.

Notice

  1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice is the
    Waikato Regional Airshed Notice 2007.

(2) This notice comes into force on 1 April 2007.

  1. Airsheds established—(1) The areas listed in the
    Schedule are separate airsheds for the Waikato region
    as specified by the Minister for the purposes of the
    Resource Management (National Environmental Standards
    Relating to Certain Air Pollutants, Dioxins, and Other
    Toxics) Regulations 2004.

(2) Any areas within the Waikato region that are not covered
by the separate airsheds described in this notice form a
single airshed for that region.

  1. Revocation—The Waikato Regional Airshed Notice
    2005 published in the New Zealand Gazette, 25 August 2005,
    No. 141, page 3429, is revoked.
